Walk to End Alzheimer's

Heart Matters Home Health Care has started a team to help raise money for the Alzheimer's Association. Our local walk is scheduled to take place on October 15th at the Harris Pavilion in Manassas, VA. Raising funds to support the research of the Alzheimer's Association is extremely important to Heart Matters Home Health Care. I started this company based on my experiences taking care of my grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's -- a debilitating disease that robbed my grandmother of her memory, her whereabouts, and her bodily functions.
